These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and EzBZSoft, a division of DPAMI Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the EzReceipt mobile application, web platform, and associated services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 You may register for EzReceipt using a valid email address and password, or via supported third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google or Microsoft).
1.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use the Service.
2.1 EzReceipt offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions may be purchased via credit card (processed by Stripe), or through in-app purchases on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2.2 By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly). Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
2.3 All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, downgrades, or unused time unless required by applicable law.
2.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3.1 You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in activities that violate applicable law or infringe on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

4.1 You retain full ownership of all content, including client data and transaction records, that you upload or generate through EzReceipt. We do not claim ownership of your content.
4.2 By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
4.3 We are committed to complying with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). For full details on how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including data collection from your clients) complies with applicable privacy laws.
5.1 EzReceipt is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
5.2 We rely on external service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage, email delivery services) and are not liable for failures caused by those providers.
5.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
6.1 You may terminate your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your stored data may be permanently deleted after a retention grace period, unless otherwise required by law.

7.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the EzReceipt platform, including software, branding, design, trademarks, and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of EzBZSoft and its licensors.
7.2 You may not use our trademarks or replicate any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
8.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, or feature enhancements. Updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email or in-app notice.
8.2 Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzBZSoft and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9.2 In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
10.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
